 SENIOR YEARBOOK ADS

Senior parents are invited to purchase ads to recognize their seniors in the yearbook. The deadlines and prices are listed below. Since these ads are uploaded directly to the Jostens website, please call their customer service at 1-800-358-0800 with any questions. Ad space is limited, so make sure you order your senior ad sooner rather than later to guarantee ad size is available.

 

Please click here to access the Jostens web page for creating an ad. Search for Charlotte Christian School and then create an account. Click on My School Store in the upper left-hand corner. Click on the Yearbook Recognition Ads link to get started.

 

The first deadline is Friday, Nov, 21. The prices are as follows: a quarter-page ad for $250, a half-page ad for $300 or a full-page ad for $425. Please note: if you do not meet the first deadline, there will be a $50 increase on ad prices. The final deadline is Sunday, Jan. 11. The prices for this deadline are as follows: a quarter-page ad for $300, a half-page ad for $350 or a full-page ad for $450. After January 11, yearbook ad orders will no longer be accepted.

Cap and Gown ordering

 GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENTS AND CAP & GOWN 

We are partnering with Jostens to provide senior graduation announcements and caps and gowns for the class of 2026. Caps, gowns and tassels are provided by the school at no charge, but you will need to place an order for them. 

• Please click here to order a CCS package with announcements and souvenirs.
• Please click here to order just the cap, gown and tassel at no charge. Fill out your senior's height, weight and gender; click "no thanks" through the other products to finalize the cap and gown selection. Please add to cart and then finalize the order with your senior’s name. 
• Orders are due by Friday, Oct. 17 at 11:59 p.m.
• Please contact Upper School Administrative Assistant Mrs. Lyn Smith with any graduation or cap and gown questions.

 Back-to-School All-School Chapel

All parents are invited to join us on Friday, Aug. 22 at 9:30 a.m. on Estep Field as we begin the new school year with a time of prayer, praise and dedication in our first all-school chapel. Please be advised that parking could be limited, but parents can utilize the carpool lane, gravel lot, or the parallel parking spots near Guy Field.

Senior Parking Spots

 Since 2020, members of our senior class have been invited to paint a parking spot to celebrate the accomplishment of attaining the final year at Charlotte Christian and share school spirit with our community. We are offering this opportunity to our students again this year Aug. 4-7 and 11-14. Prior to selecting a spot and painting a design, all interested seniors must submit this form by Monday, Aug. 11. All designs and selections must have prior approval from the upper school office before painting begins. All painted spots are expected to contain a scripture reference. Students are encouraged to select a verse that is personally meaningful or they may refer to the theme verse for the year which is Lamentations 3:22-23. Painting permits cost $20 in addition to the $15 vehicle registration fee. All details regarding painting requirements, dates, times and details can be found on the approval form.

Senior Trip Registration Due May 16

 . If your student plans to travel with us, please use this registration form to secure a spot on the trip and submit a $200 non-refundable deposit no later than Friday, May 16. The remaining $1,750 will be due in four separate payments of $450 due in September, October and November, and $400 due in December.
